A New Type of Cloth/Biodegradeble Diaper...

There are many differnt disposable diapers out there.
There are many differnt reusable/cloth diapers out there.

However, I have only ever seen one type of reusable/biodegradable diaper out there. That's why I am very excited about this new diaper that is being released this fall.

Grobaby Biodegradable

It is by The Natural Baby Company, the makers of Grobaby diapers. Currently the Grobaby diaper is a shell with a snap in liner that you wash and reuse. However, the update is a disposable insert.

Why is this so exciting?

Well, right now I only cloth diaper at home. If we go out somewhere I go back to disposables because it is much easier when traveling out and about. With this option I can have the best of both worlds so to say. This allows me to have the choice of which one I want to use.

This would also be a plus for when you have a babysitter or send your little one to daycare. Also, one reason why I originally liked this idea - you are using reusable diapers but the messy part you just flush. So, people who don't want to go full blown cloth but don't want to use disposbales have an option too.

The Grobaby shell is a one size. That means that you can change the size with the snaps and it will fit from newborn to toddler sizes. (This is my favorite! No need to worry about what sizes you might need.) Another plus about the Grobaby diaper is that you can choose if you want velcro or snap closures. Alot of people love snaps because they are toddler-proof. I like the velcro but I haven't had experience with a toddler yet. lol...

Grobaby bio liners are available in size 1 and size 2 ($19.99 for a 50 count box).

The Bio liner intro package ($34.95, pictured above) comes with a box of soakers (select size 1 or 2) and a Grobaby shell.

Also, if you already have some Grobaby covers you can check out their snap conversion service if you have velcro closures, but want to switch them to snaps without having to buy a new stash.
