Second Trimester!

I know I have said this a million times in my blog, but still I am amazed at how quickly time can fly by and we don't even notice it...

Yesterday was my last day of week 12. That puts me officially in the second trimester. Basically, 1/3rd of my pregnancy is gone by already. I have 195/280 days roughly left. So far my pregnancy has been really easy. I had very minimal morning sickness or other problems. Baby is growing though and I read today that he is a full human the rest of the time he will just be growing and refining. Amazing huh?! I have my next Dr's apt in 20 days. I am hoping that they will do an U/S. I want to take a stab at if it is a boy or a girl and also I want to hear that little heart beating away. On my home doppler I have started to hear the placenta sounds. It is pretty cool. It sounds like a windstorm in there. It is getting harder to find his heartbeat on the doppler because he keeps moving around!

We only have 24 days until our move. I am starting to get very anxious about it. I called yesterday and they gave me the address and house number. I have to get all the bills updated, switch the phone and internet, update the address on my registries, and so on. The hardest part is that I am having major nesting urges lately. I guess it is because I am not working anymore and I am just hanging out at home all day. I want so badly to start getting a nursery ready. I have OCD tendencies so I feel that I have to have everything ready to go months before Baby is to arrive that way everything is organized in its place and ready to go. At this point I don't really have anything for the baby. We bought the following things all on sale ;) hehehe

4 long sleeve onsies
1 snap shirt
2 t-shirts for later (one from NMSU and one from UTEP)
1 Baby bottle brush
5 Baby hats

It has taken a lot of talking and persuading on my part to get dh to let me get those even. I have everything picked out at this point I just want to get it but I have to wait until we are in Georgia. Even then I will probably have to wait some...

Before I can start organizing everything I will have to completely clean out the new house. Bleaching, mopping, washing the carpets, etc. Also, I have to wash all the dishes before they can be put away, wash all the clothes before they are put away, etc. I think only then when everything is organized will I be able to start on the nursery. I definitely want to have it finished by December 1 though...

Man I sound nuts... Yikes! Well, I just can't stand dirt, germs and disorder... Dh and I also have terrible allergies so I have just accepted this as the way it has to be...

Okay I am going to shut up before I sound even more crazy!!! Time for a bathroom break anyways...

Yay!!!! I am so excited and can't wait to see the pictures of you nursery (and to find out if it is a boy or a girl). As far as nesting, it will get worse, I washed DD clothes 4 times while I was pregnant, and that was only in the 6 weeks between my baby shower and she arrived....LOL!
